Chef Bryan Burger oversees the happenings in the kitchen. Only the best Kobe beef and Australian lamb are to be found on the menu. For gourmets there is also a delicious four-course Thai or French degustation menu, which includes a glass of wine with each course.
Over 26 fine wines including champagne can be ordered by the glass; the wine cellar lists a staggering 750 wines to choose from. And even with a 400% tax and import duty slapped on wines, the Boathouse has succeeded in keeping the prices affordable.
