Description

Khao Sok National Park is one of the most beautiful national parks in the whole of Thailand. With this unique day tour from Phuket, including a private car and a 4-hour private longtail boat trip, it is the perfect way to discover Khao Sok's highlight in just one day. 6:30 AM - Hotel pick up anywhere in Phuket with Private car. 9:45 AM - Arrival at Khao Sok and visit to the Cheow Lan Lake viewpoint. 10:15 AM - Start 4-hour private longtail boat tour with lunch at Cheow Lan Lake. Spend 4 hours on the lake of Khao Sok: 1.5 hours on the private boat driving around, 30 minutes in the cave, and the rest of the time on a floating rest stop where you can eat lunch, swim and relax. Let a local captain from Khao Sok show you around in the oldest rainforest area in the world. On the longtail boat, enjoy sightseeing on the lake, and take pictures at the famous 'Three Brothers', a group of 3 almost identical limestone rock formations. When the captain turns off the engine, enjoy peaceful moments taking in the picturesque landscapes. On a lucky day, you might even spot wild monkeys in the trees or other wildlife. Once arrived at the raft house, you will be served a complementary delicious Thai lunch set while admiring the stunning views. Relax at this peaceful area, and enjoy swimming at the gorgeous emerald water. Hop back on the boat and head to the Diamond Cave (Pra Kie Phet Cave). Important Information

  • The local Thai captain and driver speaks very basic English, please be patient with our lovely Thai people. Keep in mind that the transfer time between Phuket and Khao Sok is about 3.5 hours one-way. In the Diamond Cave, there are bats, spiders, and sometimes snakes. If you prefer not to visit the cave, please let us know latest the day before the tour Tour schedule might differ due to weather and lake conditions. There’s a reason why Khao Sok is incredibly green year-round: it is one of the wettest regions of Thailand. Be prepared to get wet! Please bring waterproof bag and jacket in case it rains, as the roof of the longtail boat is not not fully covering you for the rain, and in heavy winds the roof cannot be deployed. Most rain falls between late April to December. The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe. This is a very peaceful activity with the main goal to relax and enjoy the gorgeous nature of Khao Sok.
