Santosa Wellness Center & Vegetarian Restaurant

Opened in March 2014, Santosa Wellness Center in Kata advocates programmes of wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle through fasting and detox programmes, activities such as yoga and pilates and healthy cuisine. Wellness programmes are available for travellers to Phuket and people living here.

Santosa's wellness programmes focus fasting and detox to clean the body of toxins and return it to an alkaline state with an improved immune system, better metabolism, increase in energy and weight loss. Programmes offered are a Pre-Cleanse Preparation, Pre-Cleanse at Home, Full Fast Detox, Juice Fast Detox, Raw Food Detox, Active Cleanse and Kick Start.

There are Open Classes available from Zumba, yoga, Pilates, meditation, raw cooking classes and more.

The Spa at Santosa combines Eastern and Western healing techniques to assist people on their journey of wellness.

Santosa Restaurant is the centre's raw food, vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Organic produce and ingredients from local providers are used to produce nutrious a fusion of Eastern and Western dishes.

The centre is housed in Kata Ocean View Residences and participants wishing accommodation can choose from one and two-bedroom apartments and one and two-bedroom suites. Residences come with kitchens, living rooms and balconies that overlook Kata Beach and the Andaman Sea. The hotel has four swimming pools and is set in lush gardens.

The centre is close to attractions such as Kata View Point and Big Buddha.
