Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp is a unique and versatile centre in Thailand that offers and array of sport and training activities. Along with the popular sport Muay Thai or Thai Boxing, the camp offers an array of things to promote and maintain fitness as well as to have fun.
Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts training programmes for all levels - from beginners and amateurs to professional fighters - are offered. Learn for fitness reasons, self-defense and improve your fighting skills.
The one-of-a-kind training camp also offers yoga, fitness classes, detox and weight-loss programmes, running, weight lifting, and nutrition counseling / classes. Instruction is available as private one-on-one sessions at your own pace with a Muay Thai or MMA trainer, or as group training sessions in the mornings and afternoons.
Facilities includes six rings, 100's of metres of mat space, a MMA cage, 36 workout stations, nearly 30 trainers. There is budget accommodation available at the camp and there is a variety of accommodation available nearby from guesthouses, budget rooms, bungalow resort and 4-star resorts with pool side villas as well as restaurants.
